You will assist the sales and marketing director with client outreach, managing products to our e-commerce site, social media posting, and other general marketing tasks. This position is ideal for someone who loves to be personable and excellent communication skills, is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop new skills and grow professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Provide customer service support to clients.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations to potential customers.
- Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback.
- Complete analytics reports
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience or knowledge in sales and marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry or SaaS field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing techniques and experience with running marketing ad campaigns, including Google Ads.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content writing, social media posting, and other general tasks.
- Proficiency in photo/ video editing tools such as Adobe or Canva is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
