**Job Summary**:
The primary purpose of this position is to finish and repair concrete surfaces to specified textures. This includes knowledge of how to use concrete tools, such as, electric equipment tools, a bull float, various trowels, smart levels, and edger. It includes working at different concrete crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills, patching and finishing vertical concrete.

**Responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to**:

- Communicate with co-workers and coordinate the plan for the day with your supervisor.
- Be able to follow instructions or repairs steps according to engineering or QC processes.
- Selects materials to match the task.
- Prepare and finish pieces to match color and texture of the precast concrete product.
- Removes rough defective spots from concrete surfaces and patches holes with fresh materials.
- Molds expansion joints and edges.
- Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces.
- Maintains equipment and tools to ensure long lasting use
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned or requested

**Job Requirements**:
A minimum of three years of experience in the construction industry is required. Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures is required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. The incumbent also;
- Must be able to work in constant changes in weather and site conditions which may impede the work hours
- Must be able to lift, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach and other similar activities as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
