Assistant Stager

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Must have formal education in interior design and staging
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for work related travel.
- Work independently including leading staging by selecting, packing and placing items with a creative eye.
- Work collaboratively with the lead stager to select, pack and move appropriate accessories and furniture for upcoming staging projects.
- Be creative, bring in new ideas for design, decoration, colour schemes etc.
- Help maintain an organized inventory of staging furniture, accessories, and supplies in the warehouse.
- Select decor for the projects, hang art, setting up beds, manage the project site and working on finishing touches to make sure each transformation comes with superb quality and fine execution.
- Move and arrange furniture as needed.
- Assist in ideas with social media marketing and promotion.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. items independently.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop strategies to attract and acquire new clients, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients
- Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.
- Managing expense sheet.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Staging and Interior Design: 2 years (required)
