Bayshore is looking for passionate and caring Home Support Workers (HSW) to join our amazing team (Full-time, Part-Time, Casual)

**Pay would be between $17.71 plus Pandemic pay of $3.00 per hour in addition to rate of pay applies for all hours worked.**

**Signing bonus: $500 after completing 975 hours**

**What You will be doing**:

- Provide personal care service according to directions on the established care plan or assignment sheet, and ensure that, on an ongoing basis, the emotional, spiritual, physical comfort and safety of clients are met to the greatest possible extent.
- Provide personal care that is within the provincial scope of practice
- Perform specialized, client specific procedures for which recognized training and current competency can be demonstrated.
- Understands and implements infection prevention practices.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
- Complete other tasks as requested

Job Qualification
- Possess a certification as a Home Support Worker (HSW)or equivalent through a recognized College or educational institution
- Or should have related experience working in LTC, Retirement home or community setting
- Require driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
- Must demonstrate a commitment to safety by providing quality care in accordance with the organization’s mission and vision
- Bayshore is in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Ontario Human Rights Code._
