**Overview**
We are seeking a certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist to coach small group training sessions tailored to pregnant and postpartum clients. You’ll work closely with women in a supportive, community-driven space and guide them through safe, effective strength-based workouts designed to meet their needs through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

**Duties**
- Lead 2-4 small group training classes per week (up to 6 clients per class)
- Design or deliver pre-written workouts that are safe, scalable, and effective for prenatal and postpartum clients
- Provide individualized coaching and form corrections within a group setting
- Educate clients on modifications and core/pelvic floor considerations
- Track client progress and maintain a welcoming, supportive environment
- Collaborate with our team to enhance the client experience

**Requirements**:

- Certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist (REQUIRED)
- Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified
- Experience working with pregnant and postpartum populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for women's health and a supportive coaching approach
