- Secondary School diploma with 6 months of customer service preferred
- Pleasant and courteous phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills
- Upbeat and positive mindset
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
- Reliable; on time to each and every shift
- Maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and the manner in all customer interactions
**What you will do**:
- Outbound calls to customers and prospective client
- Selling our line of lawn products and services
- Assisting with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction
