**Major Job Functions & Responsibilities**:
**First Aid Attendant Responsibilities_: _**
- Ensures appropriate first aid is rendered to patients.
- Maintains all first aid related paperwork.
- Maintains good housekeeping in mobile treatment center, ensure safe use of first aid equipment, and perform regular man-checks and daily on-site inspections, as outlined in pre-work meetings.
- Assists in the completion and maintenance of job-site safety related documentation.
- Ensures the Supervisor is immediately notified of all incidents and accidents and complete incident/accident reports accordingly.

**Safety Authority and Responsibilities**:

- Become thoroughly familiar with the BLL Health & Safety Program and actively participate in the development and maintenance of this program.

Follow Safe Work Practices and Safe Work Procedures set out by BLL.
- Ensure that you undergo the required sign-in orientation with the job site Supervisor prior to beginning work on each new job site.
- Understand the “Man Check System” for the work site prior to commencement of work. Review the procedure with the Supervisor and workers to ensure they understand how and when the checks will be conducted.
- Play an active role in conducting “Man Checks” on the work site according to the plan discussed during the pre-work meeting.
- Refuse to perform unsafe work and report all unsafe work conditions to the worksite Supervisor.

**Administrative Responsibilities_: _**
- Basic Computer Data Entry
- Assist in the maintenance and dissemination of Health & Safety Program documentation
- Become familiar with the BLL Health & Safety Program and participate in its development and maintenance.

Follow applicable Safe Work Practices and Safe Work Procedures set out by BLL.
- Participate in training offered by BLL.
- Know the location, type, and operation of emergency equipment.
- Know and be prepared to deal with the hazards of your work and any specific hazards on the worksite.
- Ensure protective equipment is properly used, stored, maintained, and replaced when necessary.
- Inspect worksite for hazardous conditions, if possible, remove, or correct hazardous conditions. Report such conditions to the Accountant.
- Immediately report every incident and accident to the Accountant and participate in accident investigations as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.65-$31.02 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
