Leave your ego at the door, because at Techo-Bloc we are all equals._ **Job Description**: **Full time internship (March - August) with a possibility of extention or permanency** **A day in the life** In your role, your key responsibilities will include: - Responsible to manage the full cycle recruitment process for entry level production roles; - Ensure standardized processes, policies and templates are utilized; - Complete background checks, present offers and onboard new employees; **Qualifications**: - On site presence required for training, interviews and onboarding (Minimum three days a week); - College degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field and experience; - Excellent client relation, interpersonal and selling skills; - interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence; - Must be a “roll up your sleeves” type who is focused on achieving results; - Proven multi tasking, organizational and problem-solving skills; - Entrepreneurial, "Out of the Box" and innovative / Creative thinking.
