**Key Responsibilities**
**Food Preparation & Handling**
- Prepare and assemble burgers and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including grills and fryers, while maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
**Cashier & Customer Service**
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently.
- Operate the cash register and handle various payment methods, including cash, debit, and credit.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
**General Restaurant Operations**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, service areas, and dining spaces.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in food service or retail is an asset, but training will be provided
