Kids Without Limits is hiring **Summer Respite Support Workers** to provide essential care to children with autism and developmental delays in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.
**About the Role**:Summer 2025 Only
As a **Summer Respite Support Worker**, you will provide support and care to children in their homes and communities **from July to August 2025**. With a flexible schedule of **6-20 hours per week**, this role is perfect for students, educators, or individuals seeking meaningful part-time summer work.
**Must Have**:
A valid Class 5 driver’s license, $2 million liability and reliable vehicle, as transporting children to summer outings and appointments is required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist children with daily routines (meal prep, hygiene, medication, etc.)
- Follow individualized care plans to support development and independence.
- Lead fun and therapeutic summer activities tailored to each child’s needs.
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of the children in your care.
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure consistency in care.
- Transport children to parks, community events, and therapy sessions.
