**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Foreman, Logistics, the Class 1 Driver - Heavy Equipment transportation is responsible for the movement of heavy equipment to various locations based on business needed. In addition, they will maintain trucks and transportation equipment to ensure the safe daily operation.

**Duties**:

- Haul heavy equipment and materials to and from worksites using tractor trailers.
- Move equipment (excavators, backhoes, loaders, skid steers) up to 100,000 lbs.
- Communicate with supervisors to confirm and deliver equipment and materials.
- Comply with safety and transportation industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License, own reliable vehicle, and clean abstract.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the loading/unloading, securing and transporting a variety of heavy mobile equipment and materials.
- Load securement and hours of service training certifications are preferred.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset.
- Help with other tasks as assigned and adapt to changing priorities.
