You will have the advantage of receiving in-house referrals and guaranteed clients as you work alongside massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, osteopaths, naturopaths, occupational therapists and other practitioners.

We provide a gym/ studio space, gym equipment and administrative support. We are committed to professional development, provide a continuing education allowance, and provide mentorship for new graduates and mentoring opportunities for experienced practitioners.

- Employee Position $30/ hour

**What You Will Do**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Kinesiology assessments for approved Motor Vehicle Accident clients under the guidance of the referring physiotherapist or chiropractor
- Develop work hardening/rehabilitative conditioning programs
- Work directly with clients in one-on-one sessions to implement these programs with the goal of attaining full function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals our innovative collaborative care model
- Maintain and set up exercise equipment
- Maintain client records of sessions and plans, prepare progress notes as required for insurers
- Participate in staff meetings
- Participate in community events and outreaches

**What You Need**

**Qualifications**:
New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Graduate of a Kinesiology degree program
- Experience or education in treating clients in an outpatient setting is considered an asset
- An appreciation for a holistic approach to health care that emphasizes a whole-person perspective to care
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other health care professionals
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
