- Ability to obtain airport security clearance (SIDA badge)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ASE certification or equivalent technical certifications
- Airport/aviation industry experience
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
- DOT or EPA certifications
- Supervisory or lead technician experience

**What You'll Do**
- ** Lead technical operations** for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diverse GSE fleet including baggage handling equipment, aircraft pushbacks, and ground power systems
- ** Supervise and mentor** junior technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality standards
- ** Perform advanced diagnostics** on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems using specialized test equipment
- ** Coordinate with airport operations** to minimize equipment downtime and maintain flight schedules
- ** Ensure compliance** with FAA regulations, airport security protocols, and safety standards
- ** Manage work orders** and maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation
- ** Respond to emergency calls** for critical equipment failures requiring immediate attention

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily field-based work at airport locations
- Some on-call rotation for emergency services
- Collaborative team environment with growth-focused culture
