**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Assist in preparation for food truck operations, and service
- Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
- Support the head chef in developing new menu items or specials

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
