- In the first couple of months, you will learn processes, service standards, Associate Account Advisor fundamentals and complete use of our Applied System, TAM.

**We will count on you to**:
- Collection of renewal information from clients, Account Advisors and/or Marsh client teams.
- Assist in the preparation of coverage specifications and submissions.
- Producing client market proposals and renewal summaries.
- Accountable for invoice issuance and creating/updating Client Service Instructions.
- Reviews and verifies insurance policies for accuracy, coordinating corrections, preparing policy transmittal letters and delivering of policy documents to the client or client advisor.
- Formatting of spreadsheets, word documents, presentations etc., liaising with Client Support Services, Xerox and Graphics as needed.
- Completion of VIP renewal summaries and proposals.
- Works directly with the designated team of Account Advisors to provide our clients with the best possible service.
- Provides quality day-to-day service on client deliverables. Provides necessary information to operations to create account information in databases and updates information as needed.
- Support Account Advisors in all capacities.
- Occasional administrative duties such as answering client calls.
- Understands and complies with Marsh Compliance and Transparency Standards.
- Provides assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues.
- Develops an understanding of the clients’ business priorities and risk management needs.
- Client facing needs, as required.
- Remarket, Change Request, Cancellations and other carrier submissions on behalf of client advisors.
- Assists with the review and providing of quotations.
**What you need to have**:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of two to five years’ industry related work experience; or, an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
- Currently holds appropriate broker’s license for the Province of Quebec (AMF).
- Strong proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Results oriented with a strong customer service focus.
