**The Role**
Our mission at Cymax Group is to break down all barriers to make multi-channel commerce easy. This role will be focused on operations claims and recoveries, ensuring timeliness and maximum returns. This role will have a strong financial impact as it continues to scale and add efficiency. This role and its team will focus on all orders post-refund.
**What You’ll Do**
Overall Recovery Front Lines (dispositions/resolutions)
- Lead dispositions and resolutions agents, ensuring policies and response time expectations are met
- Work with team to create actionable plans to optimize process between refunds and resolutions
- Stay current on marketplace and industry trends to better align team with current best practices
- Creating new and innovative ways to handle the resolutions workflow including creating new procedures and implementing them
- Work alongside IT to implement tools and automations that will increase efficiencies for team members
- Coach and lead the team of disposition and resolutions agents
- Regular reporting to the leadership team regarding all aspects of the process.
Claims
- Lead Cymax Claims team, ensuring timely processing and follow up of all claims
- Support Claims team with leadership, as well as defining and documenting processes to further improve team efficiency
- Follow up with carriers as required
- Report recovery and outstanding amounts on a weekly basis
Credit Memos
- Lead Credit Memo team, working to ensure all credit memos are captured in a timely manner
- Follow up with vendors as required to resolve escalated disputes
- Identify and create solutions for strong processes between customer care and credit memo teams
- Report recovery rates on a weekly basis to the leadership team
**Who You Are**
- 5+ years in related claims resolutions and recoveries roles, or equivalent education/experience; with 2+ years of managing teams
- Relevant Post-Secondary Degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function in a high-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams and levels
- Strong relationship building skills for persuasion and negotiation
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
