**Responsibilities included, but not limited to**:

- Provide strong leadership and support to numerous MOAs/Physicians, including MOA coverage where need be
- Problem Solving/Troubleshooting skills for items such as: IT, phone systems, EMR, outages, patient conflict, etc.
- Monitor the day-to-day operations with Management to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of service
- Collaborate with Management to communicate with 3rd party vendors and running necessary reports
- Develop and analyze operational growth initiatives with Management
- Implement guidelines for acceptable standards of care, monitor quality of staff performance, and intervene as appropriate to take corrective action as needed
- Human resources support (assist with hiring admin. staff, training/orientation, conducting staff meetings, and in-house assistance with daily invoice balancing)
- Report directly to, and collaborate with the Manager on any new initiatives, remaining constant communications with relevant daily updates

**Qualifications and skills**:

- The scope of responsibility for this role is significant and requires thorough knowledge of business
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership role of at least 1 year is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interacts with a personable demeanor and professional conduct
- Previous experience in a medical operation is an asset. Specifically, experience communicating with patients and physicians
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Accuro QHR preferable
- Remuneration includes competitive salary and performance-based incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
