**Salary**: $30-36 / hour (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Shop floor, working Supervisor
- Direct customer interaction and ongoing timely communication
- Organized, strong communicator
- Accurately interpret drawings and specifications
- Assist in scheduling work, labour, and equipment to meet customer requirements
Track materials and issue job travellers to staff.
- Communicates details of jobs to trades people
- Communicate changes to job scope and/or schedule directly with customers
- Fostering long-term relationships
- Provide assistance on the floor as required
- Ensures workplace safety so every employee goes home each day unharmed
- Estimating small jobs labour & material and job costing upon completion
- Assist the estimator / programmer with labour estimates for larger projects
- Procurement of raw materials, subcontractors and tooling in real time,
- Responsible to ensure only quality products leave on time as required
- Leads daily huddles utilizing Lean practices
- Play a critical role within our management team

4 day 12 hr shift
Mon - Thursday
or
Tuesday - friday

**Qualifications**:
5+ years of experience minimum
Cnc lathe and OR / mill experience needed.
MAZAK and mazatrol experience an asset
Fusion 360 or Mastercam experience an asset.

**Salary**: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
