Sparkle Solutions is seeking an energetic, customer oriented, and Mechanically Inclined Person for a few local service calls per week in Nanaimo & Surrounding areas.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Efficiently troubleshooting mechanical repairs to washers, dryers, equipment;
- Recognising and troubleshooting electrical and plumbing problems in laundry rooms.
- Maintain clean machines consistent with the company image and professional appearance;
- Understanding and strictly following all company processes and procedures;
- Always presenting a professional appearance and provide service to customers in a positive, professional manner;
**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:
- At least one year experience in mechanical repairs (washer/dryer experience is a plus);
- Manoeuvring and/or lifting of heavy equipment up to 75 lbs. required;
- Must own and supply basic hand tools;
- Need excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Must be highly flexible, able to prioritise schedule, and work on multiple projects while still meeting deadlines;
- High school diploma or equivalent and valid Driver's License.
