**Position Overview**
We are seeking **experienced Cleaning Subcontractors** to join our growing network. As a subcontractor with TriciaCare, you will provide high-quality cleaning services to our clients under the TriciaCare brand while ensuring compliance with all provincial regulations and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform professional commercial and/or residential cleaning services to TriciaCare standards.
- Maintain safe and sanitary work practices at all times.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client-specific requirements.
- Communicate effectively with TriciaCare’s operations team regarding assignments and schedules.
- Represent the TriciaCare brand with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

**Requirements**:

- Must be registered to operate as an independent contractor in Ontario.
- Valid WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) coverage.
- Proof of liability insurance.
- Up-to-date compliance with CPP (Canada Pension Plan) and EI (Employment Insurance) contributions.
- Previous experience in commercial and/or residential cleaning (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Access to reliable transportation and cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
