**Position Overview**:
As a Project Manager at Highrise Restoration, you will lead all stages of project execution, from initial planning and budgeting through to on-site oversight and final project completion. Your leadership will ensure efficient delivery of projects within deadlines, on budget, and according to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning**: Formulate and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guarantee successful project execution.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and support project teams, including subcontractors and site staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maximizing productivity.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Oversee strict adherence to building codes, safety standards, and legal requirements throughout the project.
- **Project Tracking**: Monitor project milestones, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely progress and completion.
- **Financial Management**: Supervise project finances, including cost approvals and budget tracking, ensuring financial targets are met.
- **Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination**: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the acquisition of quality materials and services at competitive rates.
- **On-Site Supervision**: Regularly visit job sites to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure work is completed to the required specifications.
- **Communication with Stakeholders**: Provide consistent updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and project alignment throughout the process.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed established quality standards, maintaining excellence across all aspects of the project.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in restoration project management.
- Proven track record in leading teams and overseeing large-scale, complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
