Division Quality Manager

**Overview of the Division Quality Manager**

Responsible for facility planning, implementation and measuring of Primo Water North America's Quality Program for product, package & coolers ensuring total customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and direction to front line quality & production management in 4-6 bottling plants
- Provide program leadership for all food safety and quality programs in 4-6 plants
- Ensure all QC techs and 1-2 backups in assigned plants are trained in daily documentation, quality and food safety program requirements, and FDA/CFIA requirements
- Ensure all plant leaders in assigned plants are trained to support daily documentation, quality and food safety program requirements, and FDA/CFIA requirements
- Lead food safety teams in supported plants.
- Implement manufacturing process standards for all production facilities.
- Communicate quality trends to all stakeholders with a focus to continuous improvement
- Develop and provide quality and food safety training to all plant personnel in supported plants
- Lead implementation of Quality, Food Safety and Process control requirements for supported plants
- Identify and investigate consumer complaints trends and investigate individual complaints, implementing corrective actions as appropriate
- Communicate quality trends to plant personnel with a focus to continuous improvement
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with required government licenses and permits in supported plants
- Ensure supported facility operations are in compliance with all environmental regulations
- Lead supported plants in Quality Incident investigations and corrective actions

**Requirements**:

- Five (5) years of food, beverage or related industry experience; 3 to 5 years in a plant quality supervisory role
- Experience in Standard Methods for Microbiological Examination of Water preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation skills required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability and desire for self-directed education
- Knowledge of food/beverage manufacturing GMPs, quality control programs, and beverage/food manufacturing sanitation (CIP) Systems.
- Able to complete IBWA/CBWA Certified Plant Operator exam (CPO) and Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) Certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment process technology and associated sciences.
- Demonstrate cost awareness of plant operations and some knowledge of budgetary measures
- Flexibility to travel as required
