Job Overview:
Wagg’s Painting is Looking for Painters We’re searching for a Skilled Painter to add to our Team of Professional Painters. Our Family-Owned Painting Company has been Serving Barrie and the Surrounding Area for over a Decade. Our objective is to provide a Positive and Satisfying Experience for both our Clients and our Painting Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation is Very Important to Wagg’s Painting. We spend a lot of Time Preparing Walls, Trims, and Doors for Painting. Time Filling Holes, Sanding Surfaces, and Caulking should be Taken to Ensure an Optimal Painting Finish
- Protecting Surfaces like Floors, Cabinetry, and Furniture.
- Keeping Work Area Clean and Tidy
- Unloading and Loading Company Vehicle with Supplies

Qualifications:

- 2 Years of Professional Painting Experience in Interior Residential Repaints
- Excellent Communication Skills and Great Customer Service is Essential
- A Pleasant Nature and a Positive Attitude
- Ability to Work both Individually and in Team Settings
- Willingness to Work Extended Hours if Require to Complete the Project
- Familiarity with Commonly used Painting Tools, Products, and Techniques
- Willing to Learn how to use Unfamiliar Tools(i.e. Festool) and New Techniques
- Good Attention to Detail and Enthusiastic approach to Achieving the Best for Our Clients and Yourself
- Must Have Own Vehicle, Valid Drivers License, Good Driving Record, and Willing to Drive up to an Hour from Barrie
- Punctuality and Dependability are Key Characteristics
- Must Wear your own White Painter’s Paints
- Ability to Lift up to 25 Kilograms and Ready to Help where Needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
