Job description:
**Job Title**: IT & Hardware Service Technician

**Job Type**: [/Part-Time/Contract/On call]
**Experience Required**: 2+ years in IT hardware servicing

We are seeking a skilled **IT & Hardware Service Technician** with hands-on experience in servicing laptops and desktops.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops and desktops, including:

- Keyboard replacement
- Display replacement
- System board/motherboard replacement
- Battery replacement and troubleshooting
- Perform branding and BIOS configuration on motherboards after replacement
- Maintain accurate service records and provide technical support to end-users
- Test and ensure proper functionality of devices after repairs
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and repair techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in laptop and desktop hardware repair
- Strong knowledge of motherboard replacement and branding
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues
- Familiarity with BIOS settings, drivers, and firmware updates
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
