Fiorio Bayview Salon Spa is looking for a person who genuinely thrives and excels at customer service.
**Experience**
Required: Two or more years of customer service experience in a retail and/or service industry
Preferred: Salon experience
**Skills, Duties and Abilities**
Pleasant, outgoing and friendly. You will make a positive first and last impression of our salon.
Communicate effectively, in English, both verbally and in writing
Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our clients
Greet clients and schedule appointments efficiently in Milano (SAM) computer system
and through high volume 2 line phone system
Answer customer inquiries regarding salon/spa services and products
Efficiently and accurately process all financial transactions - cash, credit, debit and gift cards
Liaise with the owners and staff to ensure exceptional client care and flow of service
Team player
Able to adapt to sudden changes throughout the day
Problem solver
Assist and educate clients with retail purchases
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of multi-tasking and ability to work independently
Perform administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in all aspects of business as required
This position will not experience down time. There is always something to be done.
Must be available Saturdays.
