Are you a motivated and independent sales professional with a passion for generating new business? We're seeking a Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in our storage yard services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, primarily focusing on mini contractor yards and large land parcels. This position is for a self-starter who can work independently, creating and executing their sales strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Identify potential clients and create a target list for outreach.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business leads.
- **Client Meetings**: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our storage yard services.
- **Sales Pitch**: Articulate the benefits and features of our services to potential clients.
- **Client Acquisition**: Close deals and bring new clients on board.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to Charbel.
- **Independence**: Operate independently to achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in sales with a proven track record.
- Self-motivated and proactive in generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and set clear goals.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: $24,000 per year
- Commission: 25% of the first month's rent with no cap.
- Car allowance or provided vehicle for client meetings.
- Cell phone and laptop provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
