**Overview**
You will be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in bartending or food service.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
