**Requirements/Key Competencies**
- Must have strong mathematical skills in geometry and trigonometry
- Analytical reasoning, decision making with business acumen
- Proactive team builder
- Effectual interpersonal, leadership and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and acquire knowledge/understanding through study, instruction or experience

**Education and Technical Requirements**:

- Certification of Apprenticeship or Qualification in either Tool and Die Maker and/or General Machinist
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a machine shop environment to tight tolerances
- Technical ability to interpret drawings, models and geometrical dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T)
- Proficiency in Various programming software (MasterCAM, Esprit, Vericut, Inventor etc.)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
