**Responsibilities/Duties**: (the listing below is an overview of the role and does not encompass every requirement of the job)
- Perform manual labor duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while working under tight production deadlines.
- Responsible for trimming excess board scrap from die-but loads using a pneumatic air gun.
- Arranges cases on a pallet, wraps and labels loads.
- Uses a PIV to move WIP and finished goods to palletizer.
- Occasionally moves stacks of cartons from pallets and places them into the feeder of the gluing machine/press.
- Responsible for performing quality checks on the cartons according to SOP's.
- Correctly labels corrugated cases.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the work area.
- Safely performs all tasks on and around the equipment.
- Must follow all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned and required.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Prior exposures to manufacturing environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools preferred.
- Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
- Must be able to keep up with production needs in a fast-paced, high-speed machinery environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time with frequent twisting, bending, push/pull and repetitive tasks.
- Routine lifting and occasional heavy lifting. (up to 40 lbs.)
- Must be a good communicator (speaking/listening/reading/writing) and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Must adhere to all company general policies and processes as well as safety policies and government legislation (i.e., Occupational Health and Safety Act).
