As a General Labourer you will assist with the installation of geothermal heating and cooling projects throughout Ontario. You will report to the Fusion Team Leader and will represent yourself and our company with the utmost professionalism and respect for our clients and project partners at all times. Work is primarily based in the GTA with some travel required for specific jobs in other regions in Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all duties required for each site, maintaining with the highest of standards with regards to safety, workmanship, performance, and efficiency.
- Willing to travel anywhere in Ontario.
- Work extended days and overtime as needed, including up to 12 hours per day during peak construction season.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Work independently or in a team based environment as required.
- Work in all weather conditions and in remote areas as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
