**LEXIA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. **is presently hiring an energetic **customer service-oriented** Full Time Alarm Technician for Telus Smart Home in Hamilton and surrounding areas **White Color Vehicle is Mandatory** ** Training provided** ** Stable Job, with competitive pay** **FRESHERS ARE INVITED** **Duties**: - Install, service, and program wireless Alarm systems in residence (Qolsys System). - Troubleshooting security system. - Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc. - Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts. - Provide top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE and tech support to the clients. **What's Required**: - Relevant degree/Diploma in Telecommunication or Information Technology or related field experience will be an ASSET. - Excellent communication and customer services kills are a must. You will be our on-site representative and must carry yourself accordingly. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Mechanical aptitude to use hand and power tools. - Positive energy with "can-do" attitude. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - You will interact with consumers daily and should be comfortable and able to effectively communicate/train customers. - Previous experience with telecom, electrical, audio, paging, electronics, or a cable company is an asset. - CCTV, alarm and network knowledge would definitely be an asset. **Must to have**: - Must have a reliable vehicle. - Must be self motivated. - Must have a clean driving and criminal record. - **White color vehicle **Schedule**: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability **Work remotely**: - No **Job Types**: - Full-time, Permanent **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Work Location: One location
