**Full Job Description**

We are looking for full-time Driver / Loaders. The Driver/Loader is responsible for lift up to 40-60lbps.

**Age Must be 25 or above 25.**

**20% Driving 80% Delivery**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Satisfy customer needs for service
- Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established company policies and contract obligations
- Responsible for daily pre and post trip inspections of trucks assigned
- Complete daily routes as assigned by the Route supervisors
- Perform of day driver check-ins to ensure complete and accurate paperwork
- May perform some additional responsibilities as assigned by the Route Supervisors

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**:

- DZ License with a clean abstract
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus
- Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of industry

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Valid DZ license.**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of DZ driving experience.**:

- **Clean driver’s abstract and acceptable CVOR**.
- Mechanical inclination is desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; position requires frequent bending and moving heavy loads.
- Local geographical knowledge is required.
- Positive and humble attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrates a safety-first approach to the role.

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
