Epic Auto Trader in North York is looking for a Full-Time Business Manager (F&I) to join our growing team

**Job Purpose**

The Business Manager is responsible for managing the full customer transaction, including financing, product presentation, and paperwork. Without a sales team, this role handles the entire buying process—from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery—ensuring a smooth, transparent, and compliant experience while maximizing profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee finance and insurance (F&I) operations within the dealership
- Structure deals for maximum profitability while meeting customer needs
- Present financial products (warranties, GAP insurance, etc.) clearly and ethically
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations
- Maintain lender relationships and secure financing for vehicle purchases

**Qualifications**
- OMVIC license
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales/financing process without a dedicated sales team
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Pay: $51,491.88-$131,835.05 per year

Additional pay:
