**Location: 130 King Street West, Unit cu-14**

**Hours of Operations**:
**Monday - Thursday (7am-5pm)**

**Requirements**:
**FULL TIME - 4 days a week MINIMUM availability**
- Greet all customers with fast, friendly and personalized services, developing relationships with customers by learning their names and favourite products.
- Prepare and sell coffee, smoothies, and bowls.
- Answer telephone in a fashionable manner, including giving store greetings, direction to store location as well as receiving and filling customer orders.
- Maintain and develop consistent product knowledge
- Share product with customers through active sampling
- Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness
- Share information regarding customer feedback with store manager
- Keep to the highest standard of service and cleanliness ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Perform other related activities as assigned.

**Team Member Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Proper handling of all equipment including blenders, juicers, knives and other cutting equipment
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner. Follow and comply with store procedures, including health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Work with a sense of urgency and be stress resistant
- Strong work ethic and integrity, and effective time management skills
- Flexible schedule is preferred
- Reliable transportation

**Essentials of the Job**:

- The ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time & lift up to 25 pounds
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Can stand for up to 8 hours.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
