Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seek out and recommend process, automation, and system opportunities to reduce manual effort/time and decrease implementation time while prioritizing cost efficiencies.
- Design and develop business cases, forms, workflows, business processes, requirements, and systems specifications to support recommendations.
- Lead workshops with staff to elicit and document business requirements, developing business and data process flows and developing strategies for process improvements and automation.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and engagement with appropriate executives and managers to ensure that proper information technology needs are met, including the management of client expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and present business cases for proposed technology initiatives and secure alignment with proposed solutions.
- Assist in the development of financial models, business cases, ROI and budget artifacts as needed.
- Triage incoming tickets regarding Microsoft Digital Workplace and Infrastructure incidents, service requests and tasks.
- Assist with designing, developing, and testing solutions for Microsoft 365 using out-of-the-box features and add-on tools, including forms, workflows, and other web parts.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft 365 Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Qualifications:

- Degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Five years of business system analyst experience including requirements, process documentation, design, configuration, implementation, testing and support, as well as business case and financial experience.

OR
- Certificate or diploma in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or a related discipline.
- Seven years of related experience in business systems analysis across multiple business processes, conducting process analysis, documenting business requirements, including coordinating, and leading related initiatives and projects
- Two years’ experience with Microsoft 365 suite of products, apps, and services, such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms
- ITIL 4 and project management certifications an asset.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Kanban methodologies and good knowledge of ITIL and overall understanding of IT Service Management.
- SharePoint development as it relates to document management; permissions; content types; configuring web parts; workflows; custom lists etc.
- Maintains a high IT skill level, with current technology and being able to provide consulting leadership to others.
- A high level of oral/written communication skills to deliver support, and effective training.
- Collaboration on teams, initiatives/projects, and interfacing with all levels of the organization
