**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Spray paint/stain, with top of the line Gracco spray equipment.
- Execute caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing of joints and edges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting is preferred.
- Specifically spray painting would be an asset.
- Strong skills in caulking and surface preparation methods.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
