Enthusiastic Squash Coach (Commission-Based)

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and **enthusiastic Squash Coach** to spearhead the development and expansion of our club's squash program.

This dynamic role involves:

- **Program Building**: Designing and implementing engaging squash programs for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
- **Community Engagement**: Fostering a vibrant squash community through proactive outreach initiatives.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Utilizing **social media and community outreach** strategies to attract new players and grow program participation.
- **Sales & Recruitment**: Leveraging strong interpersonal and **sales abilities** to recruit and retain program participants.

**Qualifications**:

- **Certified Squash Coach** with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate individuals.
- Some experience in sales or program promotion is highly valued.

This is a **commission-only position**, offering significant earning potential tied directly to the growth and success of the squash program.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $18.71-$38.27 per hour
