**JOB PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Uphold the micro-Quality standard for the site and make sure we adhere to the Food safety plan for the site.
- Make sure the products are released daily based on the micro and QC results.
- Collecting all the QC documents from the lines and neatly filled to access when needed.
- Connecting with Distribution Centres (DCs) on inventory management for the site and make sure the products are released at the right time and reach the market.
- Traceability exercise to be done for the site every quarter to adhere to FSSC 22000 regulations.
- Make sure the environmental monitoring program is followed involving, air quality monitoring, drain cleaning & swabbing, validating cleaning methods.
- Perform RCA’s and CAPA on any unfavourable micro results involved in the food safety programs.
- Make sure all the micro lab tests are done in the set frequency with third party and samples sent to them for Allergen, gluten, etc.
- Making sure the media is prepared and ready for all the micro testing in house.
- Managing the PO and invoicing for all the material for micro lab and quality equipment.
- Perform annual CIP and Micro validations for the site.
- Supporting with projects and new product development trials on site from quality perspective.
- Quality on boarding trainings for new employees for GMP and quality guidelines.
- Lead our sensory programs and become part of our trained sensory panel.
**WHAT** YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
**Experiences & Qualifications**
- **University degree in microbiology or general sciences.
- 1 year + Manufacturing experience
**Skills**
- Quality analysis such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc. and warehouse traceability systems is a plus.
- Experience in SAP, SAP QM systems and other programs essential.
