**Shipping Lead**

**Alliance Door Products** of **Abbotsford, BC **is currently hiring a hard-working **full-time Shipping Lead**. This position is responsible for leading the Swing Shift Team to achieve the company's overall goals by ensuring orders are picked and packed, inbound/outbound shipments are loaded/unloaded, pick up customers' orders are loaded in a timely manner, complete all shipping documentation, and training and developing the team. This position works **Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday**, from **2:30 PM - 1:00 AM. **We are door manufacturing industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun

**REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPPING LEAD**
- One or more years of Lead Hand
- Leadership skills
- Willing to be Hands-On
- Forklift experience and/or certification **an asset**:

- Experienced with basic hand and power tools (ie. table saw, chop saw, skill saw, drills, screw guns, pneumatic staplers, nail guns, etc.)
- A mathematical aptitude and understanding of imperial measurements
- Physical ability to frequently and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and quality
- Regular and consistent attendance
