Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance** **and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. This position will report to the **General Foreman.**

What you will do:
- Paint heavy equipment attachments
- Material handling and preparation,
- Adhere to quality control standards and procedures,
- Read and understand blueprints, study specifications and drawings,
- Ensure workmanship throughout the manufacturing process and on finished goods,
- Perform inspections as required,
- Excellent housekeeping and equipment cleaning practices.
Your qualifications:
- Experience in Industrial Painting
- Overhead Crane experience is an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Experience in a heavy steel fabrication/machining/assembly environment is considered desirable
What you bring to the position:
- Advanced knowledge of general safety practices,
- Demonstrated knowledge of various paint types, coatings, tools and equipment,
- Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others,
- Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent safety record,
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
