**Full Job Description**

Team Members are responsible for providing quality products to Firehouse Subs company standards and exceptional Heartfelt Guest Service, while working closely with the restaurant leadership and other Team Members to carry out operations standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leaders. The position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a positive attitude and take orders accurately
- Prepare subs, salads, and other menu items to Firehouse standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room and kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assist with stocking and inventory as needed
- Provide outstanding service to every guest, every time

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset, but not required - we’ll train the right people
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 16 years or older and legally able to work in Canada
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

**Physical Requirements**:

- Occasionally lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to and from shelves.
- Stand and walk for long periods (Duration of shift).
- Occasionally climb on stools or ladders and reach for items located on shelves.
- Frequently squat or stoop to reach items on low shelves or off the floor.
- Routinely reach overhead, forward, and underneath shelves, counters, tables, and kitchen equipment.
- Requires frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing.
- Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as coolers, freezers, and cooking sections of the restaurant.

Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
