**Location**:Innisfail, Alberta** Schedule**:Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Multitask, prioritize assignments, and manage time effectively.
- Follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ensure accuracy and maintain organization of tasks.
- Complete yard and shop cleanup as requested by Supervisor.
- Use basic hand tools and measuring devices (e.g., tape measure, hammer, wrenches etc.); mechanically inclined.
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and handle physical tasks.
- Adhere to safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
- Clean up the shop, perform general labor, and maintain the yard (mowing, weed trimming, weed spraying, general maintenance, painting, and garbage pickup).
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, accountability, and dependability.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions.
- Exhibit strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Work well in a team-oriented environment and independently.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.
- Seek challenges and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Skilled in using basic tools and equipment like; lawn mower, weed trimmer, hammers, tape measure, wrenches, etc.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Previous experience in shop and/or farm environments and operating lawn maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Quality-oriented with strong work ethics.
- Effective time management, planning, organizing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accuracy and neatness in work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
