**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist lead instructors in preparing lesson plans.
- Facilitate classroom activities, ensuring an engaging and productive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, addressing questions and helping with assignments.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead instructors on individual performance.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom setting.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to course management, including attendance tracking and grading.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Patience and empathy when working with diverse learners.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is a plus.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success.
