**Key Responsibilities**

As a dedicated CSW, you will provide essential support and guidance to clients entrusted to IHAC’s care. Your role encompasses ensuring safety, fostering active community integration, maintaining households, and assisting clients in attaining their personal aspirations. Collaborating closely within a dynamic team, you will administer medications, facilitate conflict resolution, and ensure the overall well-being of each individual in our care.

**Qualifications**
- **Accredited Post Secondary education in a relevant field or 2 years’ experience in related field.**:

- **Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.**:

- **Clean Driver abstracts and document proof of insurance.**:

- **Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Intervention Record Check.**:

- **Demonstrated aptitude in working with diverse populations.**:

- **Proficiency in collaborative teamwork.**:

- **Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and overnights.**:
