**Position Overview**:
As a Training Coordinator at Almac Metal Industries Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees while promoting best practices throughout the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, as well as develop and implement procedures and processes to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in training methodologies, organizational development, and change management will contribute to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for employees at all levels, including new hires, existing staff, and leadership.
- Identify training needs and conduct training needs assessments to align training programs with organizational objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and learning materials using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to measure the impact of training initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and best practice sharing across the organization.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in training and development.
- Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication, providing training, and assisting in the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Foster a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure training programs align with individual and organizational development plans.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a learning management system (LMS) for training administration and tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus.
- Familiarity with the construction or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in training and development, organizational psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in training and development or instructional design are an asset.
