**Location: Saskatchewan, Canada**

**Education Required**:

- University degree in Administration or Commerce or Engineering or Computer Science or other post-secondary education acceptable to Client
- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certification, is desired
- Education is IQAS (International Qualifications Assessment Service) and/or WES (World Education Services) Certified

**Must Have Skills**:

- Must have a minimum one (1) year experience working with IFS/ClickSoft software testing and/or implementations of IFS/ClickSoft
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience in Software Testing
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience working on projects
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience defect coordinating working on projects
- Experience in Telco business functions and processes
- Experience in Test case creation, execution and reporting
- Experience with HP Quality Center/HP Testing Suite Experience with automated test script creation, execution, and maintenance
- Self-motivated individual with expertise in small to medium size projects that can take on the Test Lead role, if necessary, with confidence and little guidance

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, easy to understand
- Must be able to manage multiple assignments with staggered deadlines
- Must have exceptional interpersonal, team-player, leadership and documentation skills
- Must have expert knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
- Strong team and task management skills
- Must possess a good understanding of SDLC (Solution DevelopmentLifecycle) and QA (Quality Assurance) concepts, metric analysis, methodologies, and documentation standards
