Provides a communication, information and referral link between clients/patients, the physicians and the Saskatchewan Health Authority related to wait times. Monitors program data quality.

**Human Resources Exemption**:No

**Experience**
- Experience utilizing medical terminology
- Twelve (12) months previous experience working in a medical office environment

**Education**
- Office Administration certificate

**Competencies**
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Intermediate - Computer skills
- Basic - Basic medical terminology

**Knowledge and Abilities**
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work independently

**Other Information**
- Valid driver's license, where required
