Skid Steer Operator Snow Removal

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Monitor weather conditions and respond accordingly to changing snowfall or ice accumulation
- Maintain and inspect equipment for proper functioning and report any issues or repairs needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and working in hazardous conditions
- must have clean drivers abstract and transport

**Skills**:

- Experience operating snow plow equipment preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Knowledge of snow removal techniques and best practices
- Physical stamina to work long hours in cold weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
