Company Overview:
As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks related to the repair, maintenance, and improvement of properties. You will need to be proficient in drywall repairs, hauling junk, garbage removal, snow clearing, job site cleaning, caulking, landscaping, painting, and assisting carpenters in completing renovation jobs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, and sanding to ensure a seamless finish.
- Haul junk, debris, and other materials from job sites, ensuring proper disposal and recycling.
- Efficiently remove garbage and waste, adhering to environmental guidelines and regulations.
- Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and entryways during the winter months, ensuring the safety of occupants and visitors.
- Clean and maintain job sites, including sweeping, mopping, and removing dust and debris.
- Perform basic landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and pruning, as required by the property owner.
- Prepare surfaces and execute painting projects, including interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a professional finish.
- Assist carpenters and other skilled tradespeople in completing renovation projects, as needed.
- Respond promptly to service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
