Scratch Kitchen Deep Coveis looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering a great guest experience. Experience is an asset but not necessary. We are looking for the right people who want to grow and learn within this organization. Shifts are only 3-4 hours long. Ideal for a students after school as shifts start at 4:30pm or 5pm.
HOST/EXPO: To assist in providing our guests with efficient and friendly food and beverage service while following the policies and procedures of the company.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to build professional relationships with guests and create an air of familiarity
- Prompt greetings
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Front door service for guests
- Running food to tables
- Communicating with FOH & BOH teams
- Processing bills and taking payment
- Handling guest concerns with the support of the management team.
